This remote HR internship provides comprehensive exposure to talent acquisition and people operations. You'll gain hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and HRIS management while working with industry-standard tools like Workday and BambooHR.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews
Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation programs
Update and maintain employee records in HRIS systems
Support employee engagement surveys and initiatives
Help organize virtual team building events and training sessions
Assist with performance review processes and documentation
Create job postings and recruitment marketing materials
Participate in diversity and inclusion program development
Support HR policy updates and compliance audits
Requirements
Pursuing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of employment law and HR compliance
Experience with social media and professional networking platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
