Responsibilities

Process and verify vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with accounts receivable collections and aging reports
Support month-end close procedures and journal entry preparation
Help prepare supporting documents for annual audits
Analyze expense reports for departmental budget tracking
Participate in cross-departmental financial process improvement projects
Attend weekly accounting team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial statements
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data
Strong time management to meet monthly close deadlines
Basic knowledge of accounting software (training provided)
